Biography

Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, I have always had a passion for entertainment. Growing up, I was involved in many school plays, musical performances, and modelling ranging from commercial and editorial to runway. In addition to my passion for theatre, music and modelling, I found myself intrigued with film, specifically how a film can evoke one's emotions. Throughout my university career, I explored themes on identity and Afrofuturism as well as experimental film, comedy, music videos, screenwriting and much more.

Over the past 2 years, in the Director’s Guild of Canada, Ontario, I have worked as a 4th Assistant Director and a Cast Production Assistant on Tier A films including, Priscilla, Thanksgiving, You Are So Not Invited To My Batmitzvah, and many more. 

Along with the skills that I have gained throughout my experiences on set, majoring in Film and Media at Queen’s University has given me tools such as creativity, drive and work ethic, to continue to succeed in paving my way through the film industry.
